OUR

STORY

It began with a woman named Rosie, my nana, who showed me how a slice of pie (or lemon cake or an Italian wine biscuit) and a cup of coffee at the kitchen table could brighten even the darkest of days. What started as Rosie’s Bakehouse in Summer of 2021 was a solo project attempting to bring that same type of warmth to my surrounding community. We’ve slowly grown into our own identity, still rooted in the love that blooms from home-cooking. We’re a tiny place, hoping to keep a tiny footprint with a simple intention-- to bake for you. We’re the little guy in the neighborhood, The Little Rye and we welcome you to our Bakehouse.
